Description:
Automatic zigzag chocolate decorator machine is one of the essential equipment in the chocolate production line. The pipeline adopts double-layer thermal insulation to ensure smooth chocolate mass. The chocolate zigzag machine normally need to work with cooling tunnel to cool down the food after glazing, or It can be added after the chocolate enrober machine and before chocolate enrober cooling tunnel, so the chocolate enrober and the chocolate zigzag machine can share same cooling tunnel.
The zigzag chocolate glazing machine can be used for different kinds of food, such as cookies, biscuits, cakes, breads, snack bars, confectionery, sweets, fruits, donuts, etc.
